Platform Terms & Conditions of Use 1bet Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1bet" or "Platform" refers to the 1bet-khelo.net website and all related services, including the mobile app, API interfaces, and all other official access channels.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the services of 1bet.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any betting activity conducted through the 1bet platform, including Sports Betting, casino games, live casino, and slots.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other financial incentives granted by 1bet to users.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 1bet in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.

This agreement is between you (the individual user) and 1bet (the platform operator). It constitutes the entire agreement between both parties regarding use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

To register and use the 1bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are 18 years and above at the time of registration. 1bet does not permit minors to use any of our services under any circumstances.

• You are not registering on behalf of another person — every account must be registered in the name of the actual account holder.
• You are not in a situation where gambling is prohibited by law as it applies to you personally.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, identification card number, active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. 1bet reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documents at any time.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts using different personal details, different devices, or any other method is strictly prohibited and constitutes the most serious breach of our terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your 1bet account password and login details confidential.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether with your knowledge or not.
• Notifying 1bet immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that no other person uses your account — account sharing is strictly prohibited.

1bet uses two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. We strongly encourage all users to enable this feature in their account settings. Any losses resulting from a failure to maintain account security are the sole responsibility of the user.

A 1bet account with no logins or activity for more than 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. For inactive accounts with a remaining balance, 1bet will send a notification before any action is taken.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 each transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, to ensure security.
• KYC verification (identity document) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 24 hours, additional verification may be required.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during office hours.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 1bet are subject to specific conditions stated in each promotion's individual terms. The following conditions apply to all 1bet bonuses generally:

Any attempt to abuse the 1bet bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other users to meet wagering requirements — will result in all bonuses being voided and possible account suspension.

Sports Betting at 1bet covers all leagues and tournaments listed on the platform, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, IPL cricket, BWF International Badminton Championships, and many more.

• Minimum bet: RM5 per betting ticket.
• Maximum bet: Varies by market type and match. The maximum limit is displayed in the interface before you confirm your bet.
• All confirmed bets are final and non-reversible by the user, except in situations as outlined in the liability limits clause.
• In situations where a match is postponed or cancelled before the minimum playing time threshold is met, 1bet will void the relevant bets and issue a full refund of the wagered amount.

• Using a 1bet account for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
• Spreading false information about 1bet on social media or other platforms with the intent of damaging our reputation.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.

1bet operates an active 24-hour monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any proven violation will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and potential legal action where necessary.

1bet takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and use of your personal data by 1bet is governed by Privacy Policy us as a party to this agreement.

• Not selling or sharing users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

All disputes relating to the use of the 1bet platform are subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction specified in our licensing agreement.

1bet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false information during registration or platform use.
• Money laundering or suspected involvement in illicit financial activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or court orders.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months with a zero balance.

If an account is closed for a valid reason unrelated to any breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you once all verification processes are complete. For closures due to a proven breach, 1bet reserves the right to withhold the account balance.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting 1bet customer support. The closure process takes 3–5 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1bet is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from your betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, platform updates, or circumstances beyond 1bet's control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Internet connection failures or device issues on the user's end.
• Game or betting outcomes that have been settled in accordance with the correct rules.

1bet reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page, unless a different effective date is specified.

In the event of a material change (a significant change that affects user rights), 1bet will:

• Sending a notification to the user's registered email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Displaying a clear notice on the main page of the 1bet platform.
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 1bet platform after a change in terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
